Divine Dips is the brainchild of one Diane R. Jacobs. Known as a culinary alchemist in some circles, a mad scientist in others, Jacobs is perhaps best known as a Jill of All Trades. Her current projects include (but aren’t limited to): filmmaking, architectural design, recipe development and photography.
In a previous life, Diane was the founder/chief artist of the Cakeworks, a custom artistic bakery in Los Angeles, which enjoyed a successful 12-year run. In her current incarnation, at the behest of (alright, threats from) family and friends, a newly dairy and gluten-free Diane took what was initially a dessert experiment, and transformed it into nothing short of a divine revelation . . . a vegan ice cream that is a flavorful, creamy, ‘angelic’ twin to premium ice creams!
The creator hopes everyone will enjoy this delicious dairy-free innovation. If you need her, she’s probably out back in the laboratory.
